Hi my name is Skye Knoblauch. It is hard to choose who my favorite artist is, but for the moment I'm going to go with Tori Amos.
I'm taking this class because I am working toward a degree in nutrition and I need to understand how the human body works as a jumping off point.
By the end of the course I hope to understand the basic workings of the human body.
One interesting thing about me is that my last name means garlic in German. My great-great grandfather was a garlic trader in Germany and that's how my family got their name. I was home schooled until college, and yes I did do my schoolwork in my PJ's. And after years in college I finally got my GED this month, and I'm very excited.
